You’re missing some important R’s in your RACI chart. Remember that the R is the person that does the actual work – who the task gets assigned to.
Also, good summarizing of roles and adding tasks outside of the ‘normal’ job description to the roles you have. QA is normally done by the developer, or the Product Manager.
